Haynes & Haynes was established by two experienced finance professionals john and Faye Haynes.

Faye Haynes

Director and Finance CONSULTANT

Faye's career in finance started in 2006 when she joined HSBC Bank. Starting in the retail arm of the business she worked within various roles of personal banking and ran a number of branches before moving into commercial banking in 2010.


Faye gained her first commercial management position in 2012 as a Commercial Relationship Manager. Within this role she was responsible for a portfolio of clients across the north west.


In 2016 Faye decided to enhance her skills  taking on a new challenge and left the bank to join a commercial brokerage.


Faye spent three years in this role and built a significant introducer and client network.

John Haynes

Director and FinANCE CONSULTANT

John started his career in financial services at HSBC Bank after studying a management degree at Salford University.  At HSBC he worked within the retail and commercial banking side of the business before taking his first management position As a commercial relationship manager. 


john was responsible for lending money to businesses at various levels and developed a specialism in the real estate arena after being part of their specialist team.


In 2012 John decided he wanted a new challenge and joined a commercial finance brokerage to cover  the North West of England. 


John spent four years in this role and built a significant introducer and professional network. 


In  2017 he joined a larger national brokerage who were a niche provider of funding in specific sectors such as retail, hospitality, medical and care.


John has assisted many clients in sourcing finance for a range of purposes.
